WELLMAN C

Many meteorites have been found in this area of western Texas, south west of Lubbock, particularly in the area of Wellman since the 1940s.
This one is Wellman C, the 3rd one found there. It was found in many fragments starting in 1964.
Classified as an Ordinary Chondrite type H4
