CHEROKEE SPRINGS
On the morning of July 1, 1933, 2 stones fell just a few miles apart in Spartenburg County, South Carolina. One weighed 5.7kg and the other 2.7kg. Most of those 2 stones is now in the Smithsonian Museum, making this a very rare specimen.
